Services

Laing's Detailing Valeting Ltd provides professional vehicle detailing, valeting, and specialist vehicle cleaning services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Full vehicle detailing (interior and exterior)
  • Interior valeting and deep cleaning
  • Paint correction and machine polishing
  • Paint protection application
  • Exterior hand washing and valeting
  • Specialist and commercial vehicle cleaning
  • Fleet cleaning programmes

All services are carried out by trained professionals using appropriate equipment and products. We reserve the right to refuse or decline any service request at our sole discretion.

We will always endeavour to achieve the best possible results; however, the outcome of any service depends in part on the condition of the vehicle at the time of the appointment. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, marks, odours, or damage, particularly where these are long-standing or caused by external factors beyond our control.

Bookings & Cancellations

Making a booking: A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it in writing (by email, text, or other written communication). Submitting an enquiry form or making an initial telephone contact does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Cancellations by the customer: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation charge at our discretion.

Cancellations by us: In exceptional circumstances (including severe weather, equipment failure, or staff illness), we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative date at no additional charge.

No-shows: If you fail to make your vehicle available at the agreed time and location without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee to cover our time and expenses.

Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are based on information provided by the customer at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may be subject to change if, upon inspection of the vehicle, it is found to be in a significantly different condition than described. We will always inform you of any price adjustment before commencing work.

Payment terms:

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as agreed at the time of booking.
  • For fleet or commercial clients, invoicing terms will be agreed in a separate written agreement.
  • Failure to make payment when due may result in us withholding the vehicle or pursuing recovery of the outstanding amount.

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We will provide a receipt or invoice upon request.

Liability

Laing's Detailing Valeting Ltd takes every care when working on your vehicle. We are fully insured for the services we provide. However, we wish to make the following clear:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage to a vehicle that is not noted and agreed upon at the time of the initial vehicle inspection.
  • We are not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle during the service. Customers are advised to remove all valuables before handing the vehicle over.
  • In the unlikely event that damage occurs to your vehicle during the course of our work, you must notify us before leaving the premises. We will not accept liability for damage reported after the vehicle has left our care.
  • Our liability in any circumstances is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be legally limited or excluded.

Vehicle Condition

By presenting your vehicle for a service, you confirm that:

  • You are the registered owner of the vehicle, or you have the full authority of the registered owner to present the vehicle for cleaning and detailing.
  • The vehicle is roadworthy and safe to work on.
  • You have informed us of any known issues, fragile parts, or areas of concern before work commences.

We will carry out a brief pre-service inspection and note any existing damage, marks, or areas of concern. We encourage customers to be present for this inspection where possible.

We are not responsible for the condition of any part of the vehicle that was not brought to our attention prior to the service, and where damage or deterioration was pre-existing.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of Laing's Detailing Valeting Ltd or is used with appropriate permission. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any content from this website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The name "Laing's Detailing Valeting" and associated branding are the intellectual property of Laing's Detailing Valeting Ltd. Unauthorised use of our branding or trading name is prohibited.
